Due to the time, product, and expertise involved in each appointment, all services are non-refundable. We are committed to client satisfaction and will always perform a thorough consultation to ensure expectations are clear before beginning any service. Approval of the service at the time of your appointment confirms that you are satisfied with the result upon leaving the salon. If you have any concerns with your hair, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment (such as toning or minor corrections) when appropriate. Please note: • Results may vary based on your hair’s history, condition, and integrity. • We do not guarantee exact replication of inspiration photos. • Improper at-home care, including excessive washing immediately after a service, use of non-professional products, or outside chemical services, may affect your results and are not the responsibility of the salon.
